Hall of Shame
There are points in history where silence is a crime. Some events and people cause wounds so deep that they cannot be covered by time, apologies, or diplomacy. These events shatter the pillars of humanity itself and leave us wondering how some of these acts were permitted to occur to begin with. The Hall of Shame is there so we will not forget to shame those who betrayed humanity, justice, and compassion. It is not to judge common human errors—it is to reveal uncommon crimes against society and the individuals who committed them, abetted them, or attempted to hide them.
This isn’t a gossip page. This isn’t a grudge page. This is a page of truth. The Hall of Shame is for those whose actions warrant public scrutiny, for those who made choices that resulted in permanent harm, and for those whose acts represent a warning against the perils of cruelty, corruption, and cowardice.
Societies celebrate heroes, leaders, and innovators but seldom take a moment to name and shame the reproactors who brought shame. But recalling wrongdoers is as much a necessity as celebrating heroes. Why? Because memory is a weapon. If we don’t recall those responsible for destroying lives or misusing their power, history repeats itself. By keeping these individuals accountable—at least in words and public memory—we remind ourselves and coming generations that such action will never be accepted or normalized.
The Hall of Shame is a symbolic wall on which names, events, and activities are inscribed not in glory, but in shame.
This is not a wall of shame, but a wall of transformation. For each name listed here, there are thousands of others who protested, who would not be silenced, and who continued to uphold the values of humanity.
The Hall of Shame is not just about who is on it—it is about who refuses to join it. It is about us.
