India’s Strategic Response to Terrorism
So what should India do in the wake of the affront and indignity of the terrorist attack by Pakistan in Pahalgam, Kashmir? India has to tell its story without being naïve about the power equations in the world and without being in the illusion that it can thrive on some ill-considered purity’ of the mantra that the world is one and that we can attempt to dream about a world that has no boundaries between nation-states. the latest being the killing of innocents in Pahalgam. India cannot afford to sit complacent on any victory against terrorism as we just now saw how the flourishing development and tourism in Kashmir have been brought to a callous halt.
